We have a leadership crisis in our state, nation, and world, and we see the damage from it daily. We are at a critical turning point and it is time for a new generation to rise up – one with talent, calling, a biblical worldview, and a kingdom vision. Frontline HQ exists to identify, convene, connect, train, equip, and support these young leaders.

Frontline HQ is on a mission to identify, equip, and unleash the next generation of kingdom leaders. This isn’t your typical professional development seminar. Through HQ, you’ll have the opportunity to mature in your faith, clarify your calling, and discover your potential among other passionate, like-minded peers for years to come.
In July 2026, we will convene our inaugural class of 30+ rising leaders at the beautiful Foxhall Resort. These Kingdom Leaders will have affirmed our Statement of Faith, demonstrated a heart of service to the Living King, shown clear evidence of leadership potential, and be 20-25 years old. Each will be personally recommended by pastors and proven leaders who recognize their calling.
