Why Elections Matter

Imagine Georgia during the pandemic had Stacey Abrams been Governor. Despite the fact that our state isn’t like California or Michigan, we would’ve been governed like it.

Or, imagine if Georgia had been led by a gutless wimp when the Left, Big Business, and the media howled against the Heartbeat Law, the Election Integrity Bill, or Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

In each of those cases, Georgia benefited because strong leaders stood firm. The caliber of man we elected made pro-family outcomes possible.

We see this principle repeatedly. When voters elect leaders with a strong worldview and moral conviction, the results follow. While advocacy can shape the battlespace at the Capitol, the window of opportunity is ultimately defined by the elected leadership of our state

WHY CLARITY MATTERS

So, if elections are so important, why are Christians so hesitant to speak with clarity? Frontline exists to change that.

Frontline Policy Action is firmly committed to changing the way the “game” is played. We don’t just “do elections.” We invest.

  • We build relationships.
  • We elevate issues that matter.
  • We educate voters on leaders seeking office.
  • We are unafraid to endorse candidates, even in primaries.
  • We never shy away from setting a clear standard of expectations for elected hopefuls.

We cannot abdicate the ballot box. As we seek good public policy, Frontline leads the way in ensuring kingdom warriors are the ones in the game and in the room making the decisions that will make Georgia the envy of the world.

In addition to the work done by Frontline Policy Action, which often directly supports specific candidates, you can also count on our Frontline Policy Council initiatives to, in a neutrally phrased but biblically clear manner, educate, inform, and mobilize Christians to engage the voting process.
