Frontline HQ exists to identify, convene, connect, train, equip, and support these young leaders.

Frontline HQ is on a mission to identify, equip, and unleash the next generation of kingdom leaders. This isn’t your typical professional development seminar. Through HQ, you’ll have the opportunity to mature in your faith, clarify your calling, and discover your potential among other passionate, like-minded peers for years to come.
In July 2026, we gathered our inaugural class of 30+ rising Kingdom Leaders at Foxhall Resort. Each was personally recommended by pastors and proven leaders, affirmed our Statement of Faith, and demonstrated a heart of service and clear leadership potential. We will continue gathering these classes of rising leaders.
What We Do

The Armory
- Each rising leader receives a dedicated mentor for 12 months
- Practical discipleship + professional and spiritual guidance
- Mentors trained and supported by the Frontline team

Cost & What’s Included
The cost for the program is $600, and we’ll provide guidance as you seek to “Crowdfund” your admission. Included is the facilitation of an exceptional community of like-minded young Christian leaders prior to the kickoff of Escalation Week. Throughout Escalation Week, students will receive first class lodging, meals, and life-changing instruction. Additionally, students will receive premium Frontline HQ swag and multiple books needed for their mentorship curriculum. Frontline will continue to serve its graduates, provide opportunities for networking and fellowship, and work to place our graduates in positions of influence.

2026 Highlights
KINGDOM COMMUNITY
Four days of building friendships that will last a lifetime. Students enjoyed archery, golf cart rides, and pool time at the luxury Foxhall Resort.
ENRICHING CONVERSATIONS
Students enjoyed sessions led by edifying, godly speakers and late-night bonding in small groups. They received expert teaching from Dr. Andrew Walker on God’s Word and leadership, Emma Waters on celebrating God’s design, Dr. David Closson on building a biblical worldview, Dr. Owen Strachan on discerning and defining calling, and more.
CAPITOL DAY
We received a personalized, private tour of Georgia’s Capitol, including a visit to the Governor’s office, a walk through the House and Senate chambers, and time with key staff. A valuable behind-the-scenes look at state government.

A special graduation celebration held in honor of our HQ students.

Multiply Your Kingdom Impact: Become an HQ Mentor
Interested in joining us in shepherding and mentoring the next generation of Kingdom leaders who will shape culture, policy, business, and communities? Join Frontline HQ as a mentor and shape the future of Georgia for Christ.
Each graduate from Escalation Week will be assigned a Mentor who commits to a yearlong discipling relationship, equipping them to “put on the full armor of God.” Mentors will match the gender of the student, and we will make a good faith effort to assign based on personality and calling.
As a Mentor, you can have a profound impact on the trajectory of a talented young leader’s life, and we believe many lifetime bonds will be formed from this program.
Qualifications:
- We need men and women of a variety of backgrounds to commit to serving as a mentor.
- An authentic walk with Jesus is required
- Mentors should be able to credibly speak on professional skills required for business, ministry, and/or politics.
Mentor Role:
- Walk alongside a rising leader for 1 year
- Provide discipleship, wisdom & practical guidance, reading one book per month and discussing with your student.
- Help them discern calling and grow spiritually. It is expected that you will be heavily invested in the life and long-term success of your “protégé.”
