We are at a critical turning point and it is time for a new generation to rise up – one with talent, calling, a biblical worldview, and a kingdom vision. Frontline HQ exists to identify, convene, connect, train, equip, and support these young leaders.

Frontline HQ is on a mission to identify, equip, and unleash the next generation of Kingdom leaders.
In July 2026, we will convene our inaugural class of 30+ rising leaders at the beautiful Foxhall Resort. These Kingdom Leaders will have affirmed our Statement of Faith, demonstrated a heart of service to the Living King, shown clear evidence of leadership potential, and be 20-25 years old. Each will be personally recommended by pastors and proven leaders who recognize their calling.
What We Do

02. Escalation Week
- Four-day intensive at a premier location
- Training with political, ministry, and business leaders
- High-impact teaching, development, and community
- Clarify calling and form lifelong friendships
03. The Armory
- Each rising leader receives a dedicated mentor for 12 months
- Practical discipleship + professional and spiritual guidance
- Mentors trained and supported by the Frontline team
04. The Batallion
- Graduates enter a lifelong network of Kingdom leaders
- Opportunities to influence culture, shape policy, and lead in their fields
- Ongoing support, fellowship, and placement opportunities

Cost & What’s Included
The cost for the program is $600, and we’ll provide guidance as you seek to “Crowdfund” your admission. Included is the facilitation of an exceptional community of like-minded young Christian leaders prior to the kickoff of Escalation Week. Throughout Escalation Week, students will receive first class lodging, meals, and life-changing instruction. Additionally, students will receive with premium Frontline HQ swag and multiple books needed for their mentorship curriculum. Frontline will continue to serve its graduates, provide opportunities for networking and fellowship, and work to place our graduates in positions of influence.

Become a Mentor
Interested in joining us in shepherding and mentoring the next generation of Kingdom leaders who will shape culture, policy, business, and communities? Join Frontline HQ as a mentor.
Each graduate from Escalation Week will be assigned a Mentor who commits to a yearlong discipling relationship, equipping them to “put on the full armor of God.” Mentors will match the gender of the student, and we will make a good faith effort to assign based on personality and calling.
As a Mentor, you can have a profound impact on the trajectory of a talented young leader’s life, and we believe many lifetime bonds will be formed from this program.
Qualifications:
- We need men and women of a variety of backgrounds to commit to serving as a mentor.
- An authentic walk with Jesus is required
- Mentors should be able to credibly speak on professional skills required for business, ministry, and/or politics.
Mentor Role:
- Walk alongside a rising leader for 1 year
- Provide discipleship, wisdom & practical guidance, reading one book per month and discussing with your student.
- Help them discern calling and grow spiritually. It is expected that you will be heavily invested in the life and long-term success of your “protégé.”
