About Frontline Policy

Frontline is a Christian ministry. Some might say we “do politics” in various forms, and that is true. However, we exist to glorify God, make Him known, and bless our neighbor. Politics is never the end goal. It is the means through which we seek to glorify King Jesus.

As a distinctly Christian ministry, we operate under a Statement of Faith that every team member signs and that governs our operation. We make no pretense about who we are. Frontline consists of flawed but committed Christ followers who believe the following:

As a Christian organization whose mission and purpose are guided by biblical teaching, understanding, and application, Frontline holds the Bible to be the inerrant Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind. Accordingly, for all purposes in its governance, official activities, and conduct of its staff and board members, Frontline affirms and holds to the following biblical principles and doctrines:

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, authoritative Word of God.
  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • We believe in the deity and humanity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His present rule as Head of the Church and in His personal return in power and glory.
  • We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
  • We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
  • We believe that all those who die in God’s grace through faith are assured eternal salvation; those who die in a state of sin and unbelief suffer the consequence of hell.
  • We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across racial, sex and class differences.
  • We believe God immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary sexes together reflect the image and nature of God, and rejecting one’s biological sex rejects the created image of God.
  • We believe God designed marriage as a unique conjugal relationship joining one man and one woman in a single, exclusive, life-long union. God intends sexual intimacy to only occur between a man and a woman joined in marriage.
  • We believe all forms of sexual immorality, defined in Scripture as outside the marriage covenant, are sinful and offensive to God.
  • We believe that the family is God’s first institution, that it is the primary means of expanding His Church, and that parents are given a divine mandate to love, nurture, and raise their children to know Jesus to the best of their ability.
  • We believe God endows all human life with inherent dignity at every stage of development and it must be respected and protected from conception to natural death. Thus, the unjustified, intentional taking of human life before or after birth is sinful and offensive to God.
  • We believe that this world is fallen, that we see the consequences of sin all around us, and that Christians are called to engage publicly and to joyously point the world back toward God’s design for our good through biblical living, evangelism, and action toward cultural transformation.
  • We believe that our hope is in Christ alone and that our political activity is an outflow of our love for Him and for our neighbor.
  • We believe that God’s eternal plan is good, that He wins and has won, and that hope is a defining characteristic of the Christian.

This Statement of Faith does not exhaust the extent of Frontline’s scriptural and doctrinal beliefs, nor their application to matters of conduct and policy, but it forms the foundation of our unity with our staff and stakeholders and guides our political engagement.

OUR HISTORY

Foundations & Historical Roots

Frontline Policy is public enemy #1 of the radical left in Georgia. As the state’s most impactful Christian, conservative organization, we seek to glorify King Jesus through effectively engaging in the public square. The Frontline organizations (Frontline Policy Council and Frontline Policy Action) were officially founded in 2021 by Cole Muzio. However, these ministries have a heritage built on years of prayer, generosity, vision, and learning.

In fact, Frontline traces its origins to Focus on the Family and the vision of Dr. James Dobson. Throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s, Dr. Dobson’s leadership built the “Family Policy Council movement” – an alliance of state-based organizations that collaborate together for kingdom impact.

By 2016, however, Dr. Dobson had departed Focus, and the ministry’s more political efforts took shape. Georgia was left as the largest and most significant state without a Family Policy Council.

Launch & Early Victories

Following the 2020 election, however, it was clear that Georgia needed an organization capable of spearheading the transformative impact the state needed, and, in 2021, the Frontline organizations were launched with Cole Muzio as President and CEO.

The new launch led to rapid growth and massive impact. The 2022 legislative session and election cycle successes were heavily influenced by Frontline — though still in its infancy — and that impact was expanded and repeated in the years after.

Through its short existence, Frontline’s efforts have helped lead to the passage of over 70 bills signed into law by the Governor, impacted dozens of elections throughout the state, and shaped it as the most respected conservative organization in the state – and the most hated by the radical left.

Growth, Impact & The Future

As the ministry hits the next stage of growth, it is excited by the growth of the Church Ambassador Network, the inaugural year of its innovative Frontline HQ program, and the launch of the Georgia Christian Education Network. With the expansion of these new programs, Frontline’s impact is increasing like never before. It is the only conservative organization in Georgia with this kind of reach, remaining a competitive force to be reckoned with. Moreover, Frontline is flattered by the attention it’s received from those who hate us. The Southern Poverty Law Center, one of the most evil, progressive, and well-funded organizations in the world, recognizes that going up against Frontline is like “fighting a forest fire with a bucket of water.”

This fire won’t be extinguished anytime soon.

Most importantly, Frontline is committed to preserving its brand — established in a short period of time — as a wildly effective, yet biblically authentic, ministry that honors Christ in all we do.
